This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our online Services and Zimmer Marketing apps, including but not limited to KIX 102.5, Kissin 92.5, Classic Hits 93.9, Big Dog 97.9, NewsTalk KZRG, Zimmer Storm Center, and any other Zimmer Marketing digital properties we operate.
This Policy does not apply to:
- Information collected offline, such as at live events or in-person promotions.
- Information collected by third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked to or from our Services.
- Third-party advertisements, ad networks, or co-sponsors, except as expressly described in this Policy.

You can review content, enter sweepstakes and contests, sign up for email lists, use our apps, and connect with us through social media via our Services. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Information You Provide Directly
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and company name.
- Account registration details, if we offer accounts, such as username and password.
- Contest, sweepstakes, and promotion information, such as name, email, phone number, address, date of birth or age to verify eligibility, and other information required by the official rules.
- Email subscription information, including your name, email address, and any preference information you choose to provide.
- Content you submit, such as messages, comments, uploads, or responses to surveys and forms.
- Any other information you choose to provide when communicating with us.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the Services, such as:

- IP address, general location derived from IP address, such as city or region, and the domain from which you access the internet.
- Dates and times of visits, pages viewed, links clicked, and other clickstream data.

3. Location Data in Zimmer Marketing Apps
When you use Zimmer Marketing apps, including KIX 102.5, Kissin 92.5, Classic Hits 93.9, Big Dog 97.9, NewsTalk KZRG, or the Zimmer Storm Center App, we may use GPS or similar technology to determine your device’s approximate or precise location in order to provide location-specific weather updates, alerts, and related features.
You can disable location permissions in your device settings or within the app. If you do so, certain features may not function as intended.
We do not share your precise location with other users. We do not disclose precise location information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We may share location information with service providers that help us operate app features, including weather, alerts, analytics, security, technical support, or similar services, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for purposes including:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining our websites, apps, and Services.
- Administering contests, sweepstakes, and promotions, including verifying eligibility, selecting winners, notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes, including Four States-focused promotions and certain nationwide digital promotions.
- Managing your subscriptions and sending you newsletters, alerts, and promotional communications you choose to receive.
- Personalizing and localizing content, recommendations, and experiences, including programming, promotions, and advertising.
- Responding to your questions, comments, and requests, and providing customer service.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you may unsubscribe by using the link included in our emails or by contacting us. Please allow a reasonable time for your preferences to be updated. We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as those about contests you have entered or other services you have requested.

7. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Co-Sponsored Promotions
From time to time, we may offer contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, or other promotions, some focused in the Four States area and others open more broadly across the United States. When you participate, we will collect the information needed to administer the promotion, such as your name, contact details, eligibility information, and any other details required under the official rules.
In some cases, promotions may be co-branded or co-sponsored with identified third parties, such as advertisers, sponsors, or partners. Where this is the case:
- We will identify the sponsor or co-sponsor in the promotion materials and/or official rules.
- The sponsor or co-sponsor may receive the information you provide when you enter.
- The sponsor or co-sponsor’s use of your information will be governed by its own privacy policy.
Each promotion is also subject to its applicable official rules. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the official rules for a specific promotion, the official rules will control for that promotion.

8. Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Other Communications
When you opt in to receive email newsletters or promotional messages, we use your contact information to send you updates about our stations, contests, events, and offers from us and our partners.
If you participate in SMS or text campaigns, or use a text line associated with one of our stations:
- We will use the phone number and message content to manage the program and respond to you.
- Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
- You can text STOP to the relevant station text line to opt out of future SMS messages and HELP for assistance.
We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
If you enable push notifications in one of our mobile apps, we may send you alerts, breaking news, weather information, contest updates, programming information, and promotional messages. You can turn off push notifications at any time through your device or app settings.
9. How We Share Information
We limit our sharing of personal information to the circumstances described in this Privacy Policy. We may share information:
- With service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, for example hosting, analytics, email delivery, contest administration, prize fulfillment, weather services, app support, and technical support. These parties are required to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us.
- With promotion sponsors or co-sponsors, as described in the promotion’s official rules.
- When you post content publicly, for example comments, submissions, or other user-generated content, in which case that content may be seen, used, or shared by others.
- In response to legal process, such as a court order, subpoena, law-enforcement request, or to comply with applicable laws.
- When we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected illegal activities, fraud, threats to safety, or violations of our Terms of Use or contest rules.
- In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar event. In such cases, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s use of the internet.
We generally intend our contests and promotions for adults or older teens, as specified in the official rules. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
